Patch file for skipping verification feature of Transmission 2.93

Some friends wanted me to merge the skipping verification feature to the new Transmission, and I found the original codes here:

Based on these codes I made a patch file for spksrc development environment and uploaded it here.

002-add-skipverify

Just place it under the folder cross/transmission/patches then compile it normally.
